LDN - Luminis Developer Network

Hey all!

I know this is a bit off topic, but I was wondering if anyone out there uses Atlassian's Confluence product for documentation? We have it here as our internal IT wiki, but want to re-vamp it so that everyone really starts putting information in there.

If you're out there and using it, I was interested to know how you organize your spaces... we're trying to make this thing make sense. Of course its a wiki so theoretically people should just put stuff in there and it will make sense on its own, but we wanted to set up some kind of basic structure.

If I create a simple jsp with login and password entries, how can these credential from the web page to zimbra for authenticaton?

Just a quick tip, LP5 settings are stored in the internal LDAP. For back-up and reference, I export an LDIF of the "LUMINIS CONFIGURATION". I use JXplorer

Login to your LDAP port 389 (usually on the same node as CAS) as cn=Directory Manager and ou=LUMINIS CONFIGURATION, o=cp. Export an LDIF of the settings as a back-up.

Also been handy way to confirm settings as we have worked on the LDI / MQ from Banner.

We currently have Luminis 4.1 and are in the configuration mode. The issue we are experiencing is that all of the links other than the 'title' are opening into the same window causing the user to lose their place in their Luminis portal page login. What we need is to be able to make the links open into _blank mode. This will help the end user not lose their place in the portal and have to return with a re-login each time. Thank you in advance for any suggestions or advice on this quest.
