LDN - Luminis Developer Network

Hi,

I'm looking for more info on Virtual Summit for 2012. I've read the info on SunGard's web site, but it does not list which sessions will be broadcast live and which will be available within 24 hours.

Do they usually make the Luminis sessions available this way?

We plan to implement an external CAS server with Luminis 5, and I have a basic question related to the CAS set-up.

We had SSO from Luminis to Exchange 2010 OWA working, but somewhere in the last month it broke (we don't have it in prod yet, just test, so it took a while to notice). Nothing looked wrong with the whole setup in cpipconnector config, and no certificate problems, so I finally dug into the javascript for OWA. Now there is a cookie being set client-side in flogon.js (was this added in a service pack?):

document.cookie="PBack=0; path=/"

Just a quick reminder that there is still time to complete a proposals for Summit 2012 in Las Vegas! There's a quick summary video about the process for submitting a proposal. I'm really excited to be the Luminis peer representative in the review process and to help facilitate community discussions at Summit.

I have been asked to share attributes with a software company Atomic Learning. They want me to use CAS as the SSO but need username, immutable id, last name, first name, role as shared attributes. When researching this I found that I needed to get to the service manager web application. Here is the link I'm referring to: https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Attributes.

PS I only have the CAS server in Luminis - no external CAS.

We currently run Luminis 4.3 and Banner 8.? with integration to Vista 8.0.4. We are now moving to Blackboard 9.1. Here is where it gets complicated. We would like integration (person, section, and enrollment) to happen to both products for about 9 months.

I was wondering if anyone has had any mods of the Look Up Classes package in SSB (bwskfcls.P_GetCrse) or anything similar that required a change to the package which then resulted it to be updated in Web Tailor Admin.

I understand out of the box functionality however, when it comes to making a local change to a package in Web Tailor it makes it a little more difficult to understand how to make the change in Luminis and SSB (Channel Preferences and Web Menus or Procedures sections of Web Tailor Admin in SSB).

Any help would be appreciated!

Just curious, for the schools that are developing against Mobile Connection: is it the same developers as you have for Luminis? Or a different set of people?
