Application Not Authorized to Use CAS

Installing Luminis 5.0 and patching it to 5.0.3. It is a 2-tier install with the an external LDAP. When attempting to login to the portal, I get "Application Not Authorized to Use CAS." If anyone has any information/advice on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. Or, if more information is needed let me know.
