The Web Developer will gather & translate requests and implements solutions with respect to La Salle University's Administrative Systems - including but not limited to the Banner and Luminis (MyLaSalle) systems. Primary emphasis is to support the operations of the Information Technology Department with respect to Banner and various, integrated systems. Responsibilities also include application development, maintenance, enhancement projects and any other responsibilities as assigned by the Director, Web and Mobile Technology.

Responsibilities include:
Provide customer-centric support to University Departments with respect to Administrative Systems.
Assist in the communication of information & management of accounts between Administrative Systems.
Assist in gathering, defining, and synthesizing requirements from University Departments.
Assist in related end-user training and support.
Qualifications include:
3+ years of related work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Web development skills, including PHP, XML/XSLT, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Solid understanding of database structures, SQL, and MYSQL.
Knowledge of HTTP authentication, session management, and CAS.
Strong aptitude for technology and software development & support.
Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Banner and Luminis experience strongly preferred.
Oracle & Oracle Developer Tools (PL/SQL, Forms) experience preferred.
Object oriented programing utilizing JAVA or PHP preferred.
Experience with MVC frameworks (i.e. CakePHP, Zend) strongly preferred.
Experience with LAMP stack preferred.
