Suffolk County Community College on Long Island in New York is looking for a consultant to migrate its current v5.2 portal from one hosted location to another. We cannot do a direct copy as the system architecture of the new location will require a reinstall of Luminis. The college has a significant amount of content in our current location and we are not sure how best to migrate from one location to another. We have asked Ellucian for help but have not received any significant response.

I am having trouble getting the students with the workstudy role assigned from GORRSQL.
Can you help me identify where my query is wrong or share yours to compare?
We are try to create a simple popup that user must agree to before continuing in the system. The popup need to be able to pull some identifiable information such as Luminis id and then pass that to the database and check to see if a comment is stored that they have accepted the agreement.
Here is the break down:
We don’t have luminous in our institution but we are trying to set up the ICGORLDI process, so we can load Moodle with the XML file. We successfully installed the intcomp module, we are at the point where we can generate the xml file running the ICGORLDI process, but we are not getting the data that we need and also there are some data on the file that we don’t need. We don’t want to create accounts in Moodle, we are using another mechanism to do that.
Is anyone doing this? It's not certified by Ellucian and they're not going to explore it. Was wondering if anyone rolled the dice. The Luminis database is so simplistic I think it would be fine.
Could anyone please give any tips (example preferred)?
Has anyone encountered any errors (see attached) with their GCF connector going to Office 365 (via ADFS) in that past few days? We are on Luminis 188.8.131.52 and all of a sudden we are getting the error attached from our users accessing Office 365 via a GCF connector that has been working fine for about 6 months or so. We did have MS updates applied in our environment (ADFS servers involved) close to the time this error started so I am wondering if that came into play?
I'm conducting load testing on our new LP5.1 servers. Our test portal servers performed well after tweaking the configurations of CAS, LDAP and Portal servers. Our two web servers can handle about 2000 active sessions, but our DBA noticed high CPU usage peaking at about 90% at the Oracle database server. Does anyone have recommendations for LP5.1 database tuning?
We'd using our own SQL Processes to generate user account XML files for luminis 4 system. We are now testing luminis V and thinking to use Banner baseline Processes to do the luminis account creations.
But after couple weeks of user guide reading, we are very frustrated. :(

Is your school Live with Luminis 5.x? Is this a clean install or an upgrade? Any issue on the way?
